I know exactly what it’s like to survive on coffee, minimal sleep, and whatever food is available at the next stop. For a long time, that lifestyle took its toll. I battled obesity, high blood pressure, and Type 2 diabetes—until I decided to embark on my health transformation. Today, as a fitness coach, I’ve turned my life around, and my diabetes is in full remission. I’ve traded the driver’s seat for the gym, embracing personal training and a healthier lifestyle.
